Simply ask him... just say that you know someone who got pregnant young, or you have seen all the stuff on the telly at the moment, and i really dont want to get pregnant, could we please use a condom...
Dont worry, i hate it when people say 'your too young for sex' as we all know only to well that us teenagers do what we want, when we want! I would however strongly recomend that you do use protection as this will help prevent any unwanted side effects of sex... as you can see by my name, i am 15 and pregnant, and it is NOT easy!!!!
I hope this works out for you... but dont be afraid to ask!

He'll do it. Your not being shy having sex, i don't see a reason to be shy in telling him what you want period. -Cheers

firstly you shouldn't be having sex at your age, and you definalty shouldn't be having sex with out any protection! You could already be pregnant or have caught something off him and visa versa.
Get some condoms and before he enters you pass him one and ask him to wear it, if he refuses DO NOT have sex with him, you are responsible for your health and not your bf.
You should though consider you have all your life to have sex and you shouldn't be rushing into doing any of this.

 first tell him you are under age and if anything like pregnancy or sex is found out he can be in lots of trouble. dont ask him to use a condom tell him he has to. if he refuses dont give him sex.
butkeep in mind all the time you are under age.
