 Giving head doesn't mean you have to keep the whole darned thing in your mouth all the time.
Try treating his member like a flute, going up and down the sensitive underside with your mouth. Then suddenly go to the top, come down, and engulf the whole thing in your mouth. That's a breath-taking surprise, and actually better than if you just keep his member in your mouth all the time.
The thing about sucking testicles etc. is also good advice. There are so many ways of giving pleasure, little variations that tease rather than just ploughing ahead.

 The "switching" between oral, licking and hands, as mentioned by the aunts, is always a good way to ease stress on the mouth and jaws. Licking and sucking the testicles should also give some respite for a while. As a man, I've always tried to be considerate for my woman if I'm lasting a long time.
One position usually seems to make it easier and less of a strain on the woman.  Yeah what I did was mix it up a bit. Go from licking, to using your hand, to in your mouth. It'll be more exciting too and possibly make him finish quicker. Also using your hands at the same time works nicely. Not sure if this works for everyone but doing each other at the same time... I found he came much quicker. And it kind of distracts you from anything going on with your mouth, haha. Well good luck with it.

 The angle makes a big difference - lying on your side facing him, with him also lying on his side, is often the easiest angle and hurts least. But in the end it also comes down to how big he is, and the size of your mouth. It may be that having him all the way in your mouth will just hurt. You can vary it with other things that don't involve the full monty and it hurting, though - licking, etc. Lots of other things. But try the on your side angle - you might find it better.
Some times you just have to tolerate that stretch for a few moments though ... although I know what you mean. There comes a point where you can't any more!

It's a tough one, it depends on the size of his penis, if its large then its gonna ache no matter wot you do.
but if you want to please him then why not do oral for a bit and then use your hand for a bit then back to oral. Break it up a bit.
Another thing to try is using your hand to "wank" him at the same time when your using your mouth, making sure you move your hands up and down at the same time as you move your mouth up and down. it simulates sex because your covering more of the penis.  Dont give him oral so often i no he wont be pleased but if you give it him once a week or every 2 your jaw wont hurt as much. I had this problem it's either he has a wide dick or your mouths small. I stoped giving my bf oral all the time and give it to him 1 or 2c a week the ache has gone now and i feel more comfatable.
