I may sound selfish but I really don't want to, I want to have an abortion but I've heard that after having an abortion there is a big possibility that you won't have children anymore, you won't get pregnant. Is it true?

It is not true. You can still get pregnant but in some cases
you may face a higher risk of miscarriages.

hey sweetheart, first of all its not selfish - you are making a really hard, mature decision, and i can only guess that part of it is because you are not ready and you know that. second of all, while abortions can slightly increase the chances of not having a child, it is not definite. if it is done properly, professionally and safely then im sure you will be fine. if you are still feeling insecure about this, then maybe you could talk to your GP and see what advice they can give you. but i think that you should be fine. good luck sweetheart - and i think you are making the right decision, email me if you wanna talk or anything, hope everything works out xxx

i had an abortion at 18 when i found out, i told my husband at the time i was not ready. today, at 30 i have a 14 month ld daUGHTER. done properly it shouldnot cause problems butcan case scarring sometimes. internally. if ur not ready dont fel pressred to have a chld dear. theres enough kids on earth who suffer fromparents who struggle to make ends meet, or parents who are resentful later because they felt pressured to have the child so if ur not ready dont let ANYONE guilt trip u into not having one. its ur right to choose. thank god. do whats right for u. not urbf or ur family or r church or friends or whoever. urself. and it is not selfish just so u know. good luck. and dont be afraid to do whats right for u. cheers
