I squirted for the first time today, and it smells kind of like pee. I think we do pee a little while squirting. I guess the only way not to is to pee before u have sex or masturbate or engage in climaxing foreplay ;)

you could go pee before you atempt to ejaculate, then you'll know it's not pee because you just went

Sorry, but women CAN pee during orgasm. Usually it is coz of urinary stress incontinence caused by weak pelvic floor muscles. Google it.
That is not to say some women can't experienc FE - coz they certainly can and yes the orgasms are out of this world. But like I said, it is colorless, odourless, and also wont leave any scent at all when dried either. Pee will smell like pee, and will dry smelling even more like pee.
OP I suggest you keep whatever it gets on to the next day before washing and check it out. If it smeels like pee, then perhaps some kegels will help. Or hey, if neither you or your patner care, then ahh what the hell let loose with whatever it is :-)
There is a lot not understood about it tho and it has not been studied enough, coz for example there is even debate about wether it is expelled via the urethra or the skene glands, ... others say it comes from the bartholin gland.
Different studies have also shown upon chemical analsis that some women are expelling a substance similar in composition to the fluid male sperm is carried in that is definately not urine (ejaculate), ... and others are the chemical analysis of urine, because the women have actually pee'd instead of ejaculated.
One things we can count on tho, is that if it was men doing it, it would have been studied inside and out and we would probably have known all the facts 50 years ago lol.

I'd say if it smelt like pee, it was, i have the same problem, just make sure you've been to the toilet before hand and you should be fine, Works for me, even if it wasn't, at least you can be sure.

almasdp - If you're unsure if you're peeing or not, pee before you play to set your mind at ease. After you're fully aroused, you do get the sensation that you're about to pee, but believe me and others that you don't actually pee!

reader, anonymous, writes (7 April 2010): A long time ago women who ejactulated thought it was pee and they were terribly embarassed! Now we know that it is not in fact pee, but fluid from the "female prostate" located a little bit abouve and behind the G spot. If you picture your vagina like a clock the G spot id just as avril said, about 1 to 2 inches in and on the wall closest to your tummy. That "I need to pee!" feeling happens when you hit the G spot, but it will pass.
All women have the capacity to ejaculate but some don't. You still have the oragsm though. No need to practice ejaculating, you will or you wont. Now taking time to find your G spot is a whole nother story!
G spot fluid shouldn't smell like pee. If it smells like pee than its probable pee, as not my name said. Sorry to insult anyone, but the only thing that comes out of the urethra is urine. Ejaculate is expressed from the vaginal opening. Stop worrying about fluid and start enjoying the orgasms! Some women never have a blended orgasm, so feel blessed! LOL

"almasdp", urine and female ejaculate share the same exit duct, the urethra, in the same way as male sperm and urine do.
Female ejaculate builds up in the urethra sponge, just behind the g-spot: feel for it when aroused, it will be on your front vaginal wall about 1-2 inches in, and rough in texture compared to the smooth skin all around.
When suitably aroused it will fill with ejaculate, not urine, and feel engorged.
You then need to relax - you are NOT going to pee - and let it all out for a wonderful double orgasm!

"Not My Name", I think it was unlikely to be pee, because our pee ducts are closed during arousal so that any sperm finding their way in don't get contaminated and/or killed by the urine - nature wants pregnancy!

Empty your bladder first.
Female ejaculate is colorless and odourless. If it smelt like pee then you probably pee'd.
