Everynight and morning I rub a spott cleansing lotion on my face. Every other day I wash it. And occasionally I also use a scrub. But however hard I try, the little blighters won't disappear. They're ruining my self confidence. Advice? x

I recently asked a question really similar to this oto n how get rid of spots.
They are just they most irrating thing so i can understand what you mean.
People gave me great advice on trying out natural products rather than onces like clearisal for example. Most said that 'Lush' products are great and they are all natural. Maybe they woudl work for you aswel.
Other than that a good healthy diet and clean skin will always help.
Good Luck

I know I should not be saying this, but I know that there is a birth control that helps to clear your skin. I know how it feels to have terrible acne, at 14 I looked like I had a mountain range on my forehead!! it was embarrassing, and physically painful. If its really that bad your doctor may consider this as an option (once all others have been exhausted). I also must add, the birth control did not make me go out and have underage sex or unprotected sex!
I hope you find a solution, good luck x

How is your diet?
Fruit and veg could help.
Also try taking evening primrose and start oil. You can get them from the supermarket. They are usually marked as for women.
Try using a scrub every day and remember to moisturise so your skin doesn't feel too dry, other wise it will produce loads of oil to try and moisturise itself.
Other than that you just have to put on a good foundation and hope for the best. It's something we all go through.
Good Luck!! xx
