 The only solution I can think of is to simply stop. This can be categorized as an obsession, but theres no rational physiological factor influencing you (like nicotine in smokers) except maybe the orgasm, in which case you're a sex addict and there are specialists who help with that. So unless you're sex addict, or have a neurological disposition that demands you spend time with prostitutes(you don't), it's down to your own will power.
