Well i am at a course for literacy numeracy and helping to get into work. It was going great and i got heaps of certificates. But now its changed the teacher there is cruel and degrades you in front of the whole class and threatens to cut your pay off for no reason. How can i get her fired later today when i talk to her boss, as she shouldnt be teaching 13 to 20 year olds when she treats them like dirt. If u want to know more because theres heaps more to this then ive said just ask and ill post again.

It sounds to me like this teacher chose her the wrong career in her life. I cant stand the idea of a teacher doing this kind of crap b/c it really puts a big effect on the kids who are trying to make a difference in their lives. And ,frankly, with a teacher lke this... who would want to stay? Anyways.. if I were you, when you mention all of this stuff to her boss, I might even advise him or her to spy, somehow, on the classroom without the teacher knowing. That would be a for sure way to get some action going. Or you can try to get a group of kids involved that feel the same way as you, and then go to her boss and well, in less words raise hell. I'm sorry... I know that it sounds mean, but if something doesnt get done... some of the kids in that class just might leave, and throw away their future all because of her. Its just not worth it. I hope you can get some use out of these answers.... good luck, let me know how things went.

I would just tell the truth to her boss. It is out of your hands at that point and you've done your part. I was in a situation where our boss taking advantage of us. I was the only one brave enough to stand up for our team. I called his boss and HR and just told the truth. The company ended up transferring me out from under him and offering me a job elsewhere. There were lots of whispers from then on because I told but the relief from my coworkers was gratification enough..good luck and just tell the truth
