Try not to worry too much at your age; your body doesnt finish developing until you are about 18 so you wont have all your curves until you get a bit older. You are still in your early teens so puberty has just begun really, give your body time to develop naturally and then if you are still skinny aged 18 then it will be time to do something about it.
For the meantime, make sure you are eating regular meals each day, aim for 3 a day. Even if you dont feel hungry, the key is to try and finish everything on your plate because it will stretch your stomach and hence increasing your appetite in the future. Try and monitor how many calories you are eating - at your age you should be looking at somewhere between 1500 and 2000 a day. If you are eating well below that then you need to start eating foods with a higher calorie content - pasta, rice, bread and potatoes are easy ways to get more calories inside you.
Start off by gradually increasing your portion size, try and eat more snacks throughout the day too. This should gradually help you gain weight but dont expect it to be fast, in your teens your metabolism is pretty fast because of all the developing thats going on inside your body so it will take time to gain any noticeable weight.
Other than that just try not to worry about it too much, your curves will catch up with you eventually but you will just have to wait a few more years for them to develop.
I hope this helps and good luck!

A) Smaller Meals, 4 to 7 times a day
B) Carbohydrate Shakes + regular 2 to 3 meals per day
C) A combination of A and B

To gain an appetite, you should consider doing an exercise regimen OR keep your body 'moving' by going out more and using your body. Eg: hiking, biking, swimming, etc.
=====
For myself, I have always been quite slender, but exercising along with "C" option, I was able to gain about 15 pounds in about 6 or 7 months. Healthy weight takes time.
My exercise regimen works well for my lack of appetite and it's something I have developed a passion for.
On a regular day, I would eat a smaller carb meal like rice + some meat and vegetables or noodles, then train (road cycling) for 20 to 30 minutes, then do three sprint intervals that last between 10 to 15 seconds (ride as fast as possible) with a 3 minute regular ride in between, followed by a 10 minute warm down. After the ride, I would go home, take a 15 to 30 minute break and then have a carbohydrate shake (1100 Calories, 55g Protein, 170g Carbs) mixed with milk or soya.
Sometime during the same day, I would go to the gym and work on my the other parts of my body like my shoulders, pectorals, lats, biceps, etc. Mind you, I would suggest against doing weight training every day. To start, do it once every third day, then as your body is more in-tuned with the work-out, do it once every 2nd day, up to 4 times a week. Also, ALWAYS stretch between exercises. I suggest stretch in and out of the shower for 30 minutes.
Working different muscle groups helps your overall health a lot better than if you mash them up into one work-out, which can strain and cause too much stress. The type I do is light weight training to help balance out the overall look of my physique. Right now, I have thin arms and larger quads. It looks odd.

What I suggest is to go to the library and/or nutritionist and find out how you can 'improve' your body weight, fitness and form.

For some reason, my doctor put me on whole wheat bread and prune juice when I was skinny back in the '60's, and I did gain weight... and I was 14 too. You may find that as you age, your metabolism is going to slow down and you may gain weight easier, but that ain't necessarily so.
When I WAS having this problem, my Mom took me to our GP. I think that you should get some professional advice on this. I did and I gained weight; and I also got my period, which was a bit delayed because I was underweight - and that is a natural consequence of being skinny. Nature thinks that you might be in a famine and doesn't want you to produce a child because you have no food, and that's the way your body is trying to protect you and your possible child, but it may also be the same reason why you aren't putting on curves. Your Doctor might send you to a nutritionist and he will also run tests to make sure that you aren't anemic because of your slight frame as well, which is a common thing to happen to underweight women (and me). If that is the case, you may need iron supplements. One of the side effects of anemia is a poor appetite - so you can see that asking a question here may help, but only a doctor can figure out what exactly is going on with your inability to gain weight. You are still growing, and being underweight has other side effects that affect your development and ability to concentrate at school - so get you Mom to make an appointment A.S.A.P.. Good Luck! Hope this helped.

If not give me a call, I´ll gladly give you some fat transfer. haha! ;)

Oh, how I wish I wanted to lose weight lol.
I would suggest eating high-calorie foods that you enjoy eating [pizza, chocolate, etc.] and drinking energy drinks to gain weight quickly.
However, this isn't the most healthy way to do it.
The most healthy way is to eat more carbohydrates - pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, etc.
If you're really struggling, you could always consult a doctor.
Hope this helps!
