 sit them both down & tell them how this makes you feel, explain to your boyfriend that you do trust him and your not trying to make them fall out but its making you uncomfortable
Tell this girl to back off! I take it as a compliment when i find out girls fancy my man, but she is overstepping the mark by coming onto him infront of you.

 Well if he knocked her back then it shows he is not interested in her, so you have nothing to worry about. I suggest you talk to him and tell him that her behaviour is making you feel uncomfortable, and that you would appreciate it if he had a word with her telling her to back off a bit. Explain that you trust him and that you dont want them to stop being friends, but you would appreciate it if she stopped being so full on with your boyfriend and kept her crush on him to herself.
Also, maybe you could try getting to know this girl a bit better. If you make friends with her then she will end up feeling guilty for trying to break you guys up, hence she might stop chasing your boyfriend so much!

 I don't think you have anything to worry about if he pushed her back when she tried to kiss him. Although, it would probably help to talk to him about this friend of his and tell him how you feel.
