Hey,
This really sucks! I couldn't imagine going through what you're going through.
Well, I don't know really, do you think you could convince him to go to a rehabilitation centre? Get himself clean, or maybe tell his parents?
If you say you've tried everything, I'm not really sure what to say.
Try and convince him what taking drugs can do to him, I'm sure you've probably already tried, but tell him you can't stand the thought of losing him, and if/when he does quit, be there for him, try and help him stay clean.
If/when he does quit, he will need all the support in the world.
Good luck, I really hope this helps in anyway at all.
