Hello i was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on my situation. Well i will try to keep it short. I have been with my partner for 6 years and married 2. I have a 5 year old daughter from previous relationship and we are currently trying for a baby. We have been trying for almost 3 years so we went to the doctors. We had all our tests done and it came back he had a very low sperm count. We have been sent to fertility clinic and really the only thing they could offer was IVF. Before we got our results we said we wouldnt do IVF, but things are now different. We really want a kid together and he was on about leaving me so i could have a kid with someone else, i want him. I feel so down at the moment, I dont kniw where to turn, i cant speak to him about it otherwise he gets upset. Is there no easy way out?

Thanks for letting me confide in all of yous,

Tracy xx

Moviefan agony auntJust keep trying my parents were trying to have me and my dad apparently had a similar problem and it eventually worked thus creating me. So your best option is to just keep trying and trying. And try to get in as deep as possible. And hope for the best because there will be a bit of luck involved.

Hope everything works out ofr you and your husband

Good luck!

You only need one sperm to make a baby . Though he may have a low sperm count, it is not impossible. Having sex daily is better because the sperm is fresh and stronger and not stored sperm which can lose their characteristics. The stored sperm is weaker. The sperm can live in your body for 3 days.

Use a pillow under you butt, so that he can penetrate deeper into you and have a better chance as the sperms do not have to swim very far inside of you.

Another way could be to adopt a child first and your own child may come .There is no scientific proof but I have seen childless couples became pregnant after they adopted a child.

Good Luck!

I also suggest you two talk you can still have children, maybe talk about invitro fertilisation and talk to a doctor about it, if you two want a child together sso much you should be willing to do almost anything to get him or her, just keep tryign and dont loose faith =]

what is IVF? wat does it do? i think there is other options like adoption, there is plenty of babies without parents or theres girls who dont want their babies and you can be there through out the pregnancy ,or you can go to a doctor to get artificial insemenation. there is other ways to be parents. just keep in mind that they are yours.
