You may like the guy but not be ready for sex. If this is the case, you need to stay away. If you feel your ready for sex you need to adequately address contraception. By that I mean you need to have birth control.
You don't sound ready for sex though and this would likely be a meaningless sexual fling for him. For you it would mean the end of virginity with a guy who doesn't really like you. He just wants sex. All guys want sex, you should wait for a guy that really loves you too.

He might think you are intetested in sex now because you let him do that to you. Its best to explain to him that you like him but you arent interested in having sex with him. That should be special and something you do when youre a little bit older and with a proper boyfriend. If you start letting this guy do things, pretty soon he will be bragging about it. Then you might get a bad name or get into trouble because you are still under age. So i would just tell him straight, its not going to happen but you can be mates. If hes decent he will respect you and be a friend. If he doesnt bother with you anymore that means hes not interested in you as a person, he just wants sex with anybody. Ewwww!
You are at that age now when lots of boys will start hitting on you. You might feel flattered at first, especially when they are older than you. But it will happen many times. Just be classy and say no in a nice way x
