We had a prosthesist make up a couple of spacers with a silicone stimulating plate where I press against her. That helps her have crazy orgasms. The size difference made things pretty awkward, but after a while we just got into a rhythm and now we have no problems at all. I think perhaps maybe both mentally and physically we became accustomed to each other. It took a few months though, there was definitely a difference in size.

have you tried ky jelly?. that might help her. also has she ever tried being on top?. tell her if she wants to try that she can control the amount of pressure that is being put on her. enjoyable sex isnt just in the act. try oral or toys that might help. or ask her what she thinks she might like to try.

 Firstly, make sure you're both ready for this. Any tension or nervousness on the girls part will make her tighter and it will be more painful. If you're both confident you're ready and this is something you want to do now, then just relax . . .
There's no rush, sex isn't like it is in the movies. There's always gonna be problems, fumbling etc but, if you're comfortable enough with each other, this should just be part of the wonderful experience.
As KellyO said, lot's of foreplay (I find the guy giving her oral sex is great for getting the natural lubricants running!) Also, why not use some lubricant from a bottle the first few times just to help things along.
Trust me, once you get going, you're both gonna love it. You'll be more relaxed and her vagina will get less tight.
