#2 There's a pretty good chance that it's all done the drain if you used soap.
#3 Dry sperm is dead sperm.

(Oh so I have read) Once inside the vagina it can last up to 6 hours, and longer up to 7 days if it gets past the cervex. For everyone worried about not washing their hands enough or being penetrated after wiping sperm off, don't worry. Once it is dry, it is dead. It is very very very unlikely you would get pregnant from this. Trust me I've tried to get pregnant this way and it just isn't working out. Getting pregnant must be time so accuratly that it would be very hard to get pregnant that way. So don't stress. Also, if you are so worried about getting pregnant you all should be taking more precautions to not such as birth control and condoms, or better yet not having sex at all if you aren't ready to handle the responsiblity of being a parent. You can get free birth control and condoms and many local public health care facilities without parent concent. Just be smart, too many kids out there are having kids.

I changed my menstral cup and then realised that I still had sperm on my hands. The scary thing is that I actually shoved it up there. I am like so paraniod that I am pregnant. I have a few weeks before my period, but I am still worried.-- frances

Your body keeps sperm incubated at around 98 degrees, so if it goes even a few degrees below that they die very quickly. Don't worry, you have to ejaculate into the vagina for the sperm to be active.

Rest easy! According to SexualHealth.Com if sperm encounters water, soap, etc. or dries before entering the female body it will die.

The likelihood of becoming pregnant from semen landing on the body, outside the vagina, or near the vagina is very low. Sperm that stays outside the vagina cannot unite with an egg and fertilize it. If semen is ejaculated or rubbed near the vagina, there is a chance of pregnancy if some sperm find their way inside the vaginal canal.

Sperm doesn't last very long at all once it is outside the body so rest assured, it requires a warm environment to survive. As far as getting your sister pregnant in the way that you described, it just won't happen. You are worrying needlessly so worry no more!
