The next step is to talk with a specialist and break your shame that is holding you back. You're not 'bad' because you've been sexual with a number of people. Ask yourself why you do it. Is it the attention? Have you been hurt in the past and don't want to get too close? There will be a reason you do it. Maybe some counselling would help? Or a chat with the doctor, who can point you in the right direction.

are you sure its an addiction?
the first step to recovery is to realise you do have a problem and then you must seek help. i imagine speaking to a doctor will point you in the right way to help with your issue.
to be honest, its your life, you have to take control of it and under certain circumstances if it mean upsetting people along the way then so be it!
