However I managed to be added by her on facebook (she even sent me a message before I could).I want to ask her out but I don't kow how to when the only way I can communicate with her is on facebook chat.What should I do?  I can work with this..She stalked you on Facebook, friend requested you, and even sent the first message. Very good sign, this chick is definitely into you so asking her out will be a cinch. Age is just a number, you're only 2 years younger and I'm sure you make up for it in your maturity level. Now, next time she's on Facebook, or send her a message on Facebook..make a little small talk then ask what's she's doing Friday or Saturday evening if she's free does she want to go out to dinner, or maybe a casual drink to get to know each other(make sure it's at a quiet bar/pub with fantastic bar food). Or does she want to have a picnic Saturday, take her wine tasting, select a wine, and have your basket ready full of fruits, cheeses, crackers, little sandwiches, and take her to a nice park for a romantic setting. Whatever you choose, just buck up and ask her out, you already got the talking bit out of the way, the next step is to get to know her more with some one on one time.

 Well, if FB is your only source of contact try asking her for her number through there. Then you can call her up and ask her on a date. Otherwise, if you know of another party, try inviting her through FB and set up a proper date when she shows up.

 The fact that you are chat mates on facebook means that she is comfortable talking to you,so i would suggest you ask for her number or make a suggestion through the chat that you would like to meet her over a cup of coffee or a milk shake.
But before suggesting a meeting,try and find out about her interests,the things that she enjoys doing and indulging in.
If you do this,it will be easier for you to come up with a good suggestion that she will most likely say yes to...and there........you will have your date.

 This one is simple. Just say to her on facebook chat or send her a message saying "Can I take you out for a drink sometime?" if shes interested you will soon find out.
If she isnt keen shes either not into you or she has a someone else already.
