Beforehand he was confident to me and seemed a bit of a player, but after that night he's gone shy. He still texts me and when he sees me he says hi but thats it. He doesn't come up to me like he did before and chat to me. I thought for a while that he didn't like me anymore, but someone told me (one of his friends) that he told him that he did like me but that he is shy.The thing is i'm shy also and prefered it much more when he was confident as it made it much easier for me to talk to him! Now i'm just as shy as he is and i'm worried we might not talk much anymore and nothing will ever happen. Please help!

Hi there. Perhaps he's a little embarassed about the kiss the other time, and feels awkward.
He might also feel that things on that occasion were out of control.
Don't try and kiss him again, and don't bring it up in conversation either.
Instead from now on, just be kind towards him and get to know him like a friend.
In fact, a good way to approach the whole thing now - that drunken kiss - is to act just as though it never happened at all. Just forget about it completely.
It seems obvious he is uneasy about it now. That's why he is acting shy when he sees you.
So just relax and try to at least be a friend. But don't try and push for anything more than that at the moment.
Let him make the moves - if he is so inclined - when and if he wants to. You are going to have to be patient.
Best wishes.
