I found out that he's a teacher, and i know that it is illegal for teachers to have a relationship with students, but he does not teach at my school, would it still be illegal to get with him? The law is that anyone over the age of 18 who has intercourse with an under 18 is punishable by time in prison. Of course i think this would only be if he was reported. Anyone could report it. Just think about it and be careful.

I don't know about the teaching in another school, but the one thing I do know is what mature profesional 27yrs old guy would want to date a 16yrs?
Where could he take you out? Do you expect to mingle with HIS peers or him to mingle with yours?
Do you want him to become gossip at school and you parents and other adults after his blood?
He may like you that don't mean he wants to date you, I like lots of people but at that age he should be choosy who he picks to date and not put his career on the line. Also read some of the other post pupils/teachers the answers are still the same.

Forget about the age gap. That isn't what this is about. It's not illegal if he doesn't teach at your school. Go for it! And good luck.
Wishing you the best.

thats a big age gap. He'll be 30 before you're even out of your teens. You're at totally different stages in life so be careful with it but to answer your question, the only reason teacher-student relationships are not allowed is because the teacher is an authority figure to the student and they are abusing their position and responsibility.
If he doesnt teach at your school then he's not an authority figure to you so its fine.
take care

To me I don't know if dating a teacher is illegal or not but I do know at your age dating someone that much older is not a very good idea. Right now you should focus on your Future, and you should be trying to figure out what you want out of life like what your future finacial goals might be. By dating a guy of his age can lead you into a relationship that you might not be ready for like unexpected pregnacy and resulting in other major decision that you shouldn't even be worring about . Please think this over even though he's gorgeous and such look at your future and decide if this decision of dating him could possible reck your future.
