He's said in the past once when someone went and spread a load of lies that he loved me as a friend. But now he says he loves me as a sister. Is this a good thing? I mean obvously it's nice but i mean is it a good thing that someone would love you more as a brother or sister than a friend.Sorry if I just sound stupid but I'm really curious Reply to this Question Share |

All the while staying out of friend zone. We have learned when a girl puts you in friend zone she'll never see you romantically. For guys to get put in friend zone by girls is not good. The "your like a sister" keeps this from happenening. At least keeps the door open.It would typically be followed by light teasing. He also may get caught checking you out too.If he's not interested he'll treat you more like guy buddy. If you like him keep the drama very low and look especially good around him.

Oh it's a lovely thing. It means he feels very comfortable around you. Of course he may also be testing the waters to see how you'd react if he actually asked you out. Next time he says it, watch his eyes, he may just be lying.

Sisters are better than friends, they are in your life for keeps, and when you are both old, old old and one of you stops being here physically the other will hold you dear in their hearts and memories.
Far better to be a sister than a friend, it means that he is happy to have you in his life, warts and all.
