writes:I am really sad at the moment...im 40 and my boyfriend is the same age, anyway we had a great time on friday and last night he said he was thinking about me on email...we were still exchanging emails and he thought i was in a funny mood with him...but i wasn't...i guess i was a bit tired and irritable and maybe it showed like on on the emails to him.Anyway just now he thought i was being funny yesterday and i said he got it wrong...then he said that i was better off without him for the moment....i was completely shocked.I said ok...and that was it....Do you think he really meant it? I know he has a very sressful job and i can be fiery sometimes but im so depressed now.What shall i do?

When a guy says "your better off without me" i never believe it. If hes not with you then its usually because he doesnt want to be, sucks to hear but better to lose a lover than love a looser! :)
