I just go through rough patches like everyone does.I don't like change at all. It upsets me big time and I can't cope with it. I'm also pretty sensitive: it's easy for people to get to me. I'm an emotional person anyway but I'm determined to be strong, but I can't cope with anything different or out of the ordinary.Sometimes I just feel that I want to escape from everything. I'm not suicidal but I get flashes a couple of times a week where I just feel it'd be the best way to get away from everything. I would never, ever do anything. I don't have it in me. I wouldn't let it happen but at worst I feel like I'd be depressed and not wanting to go out. Does anyone else feel like this sometimes? Or is it just me?

No, everyone in the world goes through all this at some time. Sometimes we think we can face the world, sometimes we can't and we feel we just want to hide away. You're perfectly normal. When you feel down, that's the time to focus on something you really enjoy doing, just to keep you busy.
