sorry to be graphic but i want the most accurate answers i can get.

ok, so i went to see(we live 5 hours apart) my new bf who i have been with for 2 months, and he has had a bit of a history with girls(im the 8th girl hes slept with) and he has picked up an infection or two along the way, not directly from having intercourse but from snogging and such, apart from 1 girl, but he reassured me he was clean, and as far as i know i am clean, but i have only ever done clap(clamydia) tests, which have all come back as clean, and i will be doing another one this week.

but to the point, if im honest, i have been in my pyjamas and have not washed at all for just over a week because i have been ill, since last sunday, and on the weekend while on the toilet i noticed a very pasty, off-white substance in my underwear, i wiped it away with loo roll, wiped myself with tissue then thought nothing of it, then i went to the toilet again yesterday, nothing in my underwear, but when i wiped myself the tissue had the same substance on it as if i had bought up plegm(flem) and spat it onto the tissue, and the same thing happened today, it doesnt smell, im not itchy and i dont think anything i can see down there in a mirror is not how it should be.

so what is my problem? or is it a perfectly normal bodily function

TasteofIndia agony auntYou may just have an infection of sorts - women get those. Maybe you're just having some extra discharge. But, you should absolutely go to a doctor and get checked out - maybe your boyfriend doesn't know that he's got an infection. Many STD's show no symptoms, especially in men. So, it's always better to be safe than sorry, both of you should go get checked out and SOON.

A female reader, straight to the truth United Kingdom +, writes (6 July 2010):

it sounds like normal discharge but it is still best to get it checked out.

You mentioned that he picked up an infection or two on the way simply through snogging, could you enlighten what infection he claims he got through snogging or anything other than inter course?

I only ask because it is impossible to get an STD/STI through snogging and I dont want you being fed a little white lie which could effect your health.

Just to be on the safe side, get to a doctor and get tested ASAP. If your boyfriend has been infected TWICE along the way, then it's possible he has something. Get tested to be sure.
