He freaked when I wanted to have a chat about what was up with our relationship...

I met this great guy about 2 months ago and we starting seeing each other. It was going extremely well, he kept saying he liked me a lot and we got on famously, but then he was a bit distant as well sometimes. Because of the mixed signals, I decided to have a (relaxed) chat with him about it, but it totally freaked him out and now he has stopped contacting me after this conversation!

I realise this was too early maybe to have this kind of conversation, but how do I win him back now after that? I hope we could pick up from where we left it, but how do I approach him now without sounding too desperate and too keen?

I think pops took the words right out of my mouth. He obviously doesn't want to be with you.

What part of " NO " don't you understand? He doesn't want to have a relationship with you. He has made that clear. Move on. And leave this poor man alone.
