writes:Ive been feeling like this for the past couple of months and i need some advice.ive been dating this guy for almost 3 1/2 yrs. And right now its all going downhill but he doesnt know....... he thinks everything is okay and normal.Anyways when i used to work there was this guy and well we just hitted off, ate lunch together, talked, laughed, texted each other. and im starting to have feelings for him and he told me he does too but he doesnt know i have a bf. Then somehow he finds out that i do and i told him that i dont cuz i was going to break up with him anyways cuz i dont see it working out anymore. But now he doesnt like me like that anymore and is moving on and he told me i should too but i cant. everywhere i go or see it always reminds me of him..... hes even in my dreams!!!!!!!And when i like someone i dont give up like that. i asked him what is he afraid of and he says hes scared that i might go back to my ex and i said no but he doesnt believe me how do i make him??NEED HELP!!!!

"And when I like someone I dont give up like that. i asked him what is he afraid of and he says hes scared that i might go back to my ex and i said no but he doesnt believe me how do i make him" But you're still with your boyfriend, who thinks everything is fine but it's not because his girlfriend is seeing another guy..let's put it like this you can prove to him that you won't go back to your ex (whom is your present because you still haven't ended it with) when you actually show some honestly and end it..to him you're a girl with a boyfriend, willing to cheat on him so why should it be different when you two get together? Already there's a trust issue..not a good start.

 if your not happy with your partner then you shouldnt be with him at all so id say start there and end the relationship.with this other guy i dont blame him for thinking you might go back to your boyfriend but if his not willing to give it ago then there is nothing you can really do
