I was wondering, if any of you had ever come across this yourselves in your wanderings? A man who leads you on and then at the last moment turns you away?If so, please let me know as it is not something you hear everyday. Many thanks and Cheers....x Reply to this Question Share |

Rugby players, a nice guy, boxers and international swimmers what ever! waiting for the right time my ass! If he intended to get to the bed and got that close almost to the point of penetration then pulled away I think that's just lame, stupid and Rediculas. And is a waste of your friends time, money and emotional investment.
Waiting does not define wether a guy is respecting you at all. It depends on many more things than that.
When two people come together and the chemistry is there then they willmake love because they are sexually attracted to each other. I know rugby players who are hard on the outside but wussy on the inside. No body wants a wussy and that is a wussy thing to do. Sorry but I think he's either realising by now how wussy that was. If he hasn't then good luck to him and I hope it works out for your friend... In the long run that is ... Bloody hell Imagin trying to buy a house with him.

This could be a cultural difference between UK and other nations.
A couple of my mates have told me they did this and they are ex rugby players...so not "pussy boys" (BTW the women concerned later told them that they were please that they waited....showed that the guys respected them)
Maybe he likes this girl and wants more from the relationship than a quick shag.
There are some decent guys out there!!

The guy I have been seeing will touch me and make me feel good but as soon as i get into it he stops and says he has something to do. He even picks up his coffee and puts it between us. He even has come to the point where I go to kiss him and he turns away cause he knows it bothers me. He is driving me nuts.

I knew a few guys like that in college - all of them born-again Christians who liked to tempt themselves, come as close as possible to breaking the rules without actually doing it. The chicks were just as bad. Wasn't the best church group.
So yeah, they exist.

Um, maybe he is gay and was testing that theory. Drunk and perhaps wanting to have a little fun. Could have been a dare. Guys do some really weird things in their shenanigans.

No worries, I was just pullin your leg! But what a weird bloke! I've lived in England and noticed how toooo "pussy boy" the blokes are there ... Rediculas!Nits 2010 not 1810. Sorry, no offence to you of course but this bloke you speak of has topped it.
Personally, I think he's a real clown because if he was that close the only possible thing I can think of is that if he had a wife or a girlfriend that your friend didn't know about. Other than that, deffinatley a real fool! That's something you hear in a stand up comedy event.
I'm speechless.

Viv Acious is verified as being by the original poster of the questionMany thanks for your reply! Hehe...Yes, of course, everyone knows about chasing and the game - very true. I didn't mean it on a basic level. What I actually meant to say was - actually being in bed, naked, etc - about to have sex and then the man saying, on the point of near penetration, that he never does it on a first date (I could barely write that without laughing!!). This is what I meant by a minge-tease (not a low-level game of reverse psychology, etc gamesmanship). I have heard of men going through this experience but this was the first time I had heard of a girl having this experience. However, many thanks for your reply.Cheers,xx

Your kidding! Your friend and yourself have only just experienced this? Where have you been?
He's just playing the game, giving her something to chase. Building the anticipation ... It now depends on how much she really wants him and how important he is to her. Her next move will define that and it's future.
