I've tried the push up bra but it still doesn't help - bras never bring my breasts close enough together. And smaller bras make the flab underneath my armpits bulge out. I was also wondering, there are so many hollywood celebrities that are obviously B-cup or smaller, but manage to pull off pretty good cleavage in their bikinis or red carpet dresses. Are they putting inserts in their bras or taping themselves or something? examples: penelope cruz, julia roberts, jessica alba, rachel weisz, etc.

I heard a good way to make your cleavage appear bigger is to use foundation on your chest. Not sure where you have to put it but apparently alot of celebs do this.

Cleavage can be overated. Some women with large breasts still don't have "cleavage". I don't know why, they just don't! Maybe you should take a second look at your bust and see if there's something you like about them, minus what you lack. Boobs without cleavage can look cute, perky, fun, beautiful.

I'm not a lady but perhaps I can give an opinion. Of all the examples you gave, the only one I would fancy is Rachel Weisz. So I googled her name and found some pictures where she is NOT wearing the sort of bra you want to use. She looked good! I must admit I'm biased, but I liked her. She looked so natural!
I know you want to look good, but we men look at more than the bosom. I know this doesn't seem true, but it is...
