Hi. So what you are saying now is that it only hurts you during actual sex, would that be right?
So therefore, it does seem like either constipation, a full bladder, too deep a sexual position, or else a urinary tract infection, or possibly sexually transmitted infection, or ovarian cysts.
Don't be afraid to go and see your family doctor, because he is the only person who can determine the cause accurately.
Another clue is are you getting any abnormal discharge from your vagina? By abnormal, I mean is it not what you consider normal for your normal monthly cycle, perhaps has some kind of odour to it, which isn't normal or is rather unpleasant in any way? Or if there is a discharge, it might be a different colour or more of it than usual.
These are some clues for you to look out for.
Just because you don't seem to have any pain related to it except during sex, doesn't mean there is no infection.
I strongly recommend that you DO NOT delay seeing your family doctor one day longer.
The longer you leave it, if there is a problem there of some sort and it is left undiagnosed and untreated, in years to come it could affect your fertility levels. So be very aware of that.
Prevention is always better than cure.

If you're fully aroused and lubricated and it still hurts, you should see a doctor. Sex should never hurt. The first thing that I think of when I hear this though is that your cervix is being hit during sex. Does it get worse in deeper positions (like doggy style or you on top) and better in "shallower" positions? If so that could be your problem and you need to a) be more turned on as your vagina elongates and b) use less deep positions. This could also be what causes the pain if it feels like a constant period cramp.
Or if it's more of a continuous pain, like the other poster said it could be cysts or an infection and you'll need to get that checked out.

You should go to the doctors and ask.
It could be various things causing you pain, are you having trouble or pain when urinating? Because it could be something as simple as a urinary tract infection and just need to take a course of anti biotics.
And as you are sexually active, is there any chance it could be a sexually transmitted disease, because even the most common STI's are extremely important to get rid of as soon as you possibly can.
It could also be constipation where you need to open your bowels more regularly.
Oh, and try this.. urinate before and after you have sex - it could clear everything up.
If not, definitely go and get yourself checked at your G.P.
Good luck.

Hi there. Is it possible that you might be constipated? That could certainly cause lower abdominal pain during intercourse. Especially if you don't go to the toilet every day. It's a possibility.
If you are very regular going to the toilet, well then are your periods due in the next few days?
Or, do you have your periods now?
Without causing you any unnecessary concern, it's possible that you could have some kind of infection in your uterus, or maybe cysts on your ovaries.
You aren't pregnant are you?
I asked about pregnancy, because it could be ectopic, which means a pregnancy in the fallopian tubes, instead of in the uterus.
If I were you, I would go and see your family doctor and get it checked out thoroughly.
We are not doctors on this site, so it is necessary to get any pain checked out asap, to rule out anything serious.
Any pain should never be ignored.
