I would say that he interested in you and I wouldn't consider this sexual harrassment unless he is very forceful or just that creepy. He may have been totally serious and hot yoga is something he does all the time and is just trying to be flirty and start some sort of relationship.
If you're interested in him then maybe suggest coffee or something like that first or tell him that you're not interested in him like that. Only then after you made it clear that you do not want this kind of attention can it be any kind of harassment.

This is sexual harassment. The things this guy are saying to you are making you uncomfortable and confused and this means they are not appropriate.
You don't have to put up with this, talk to one of your superiors about his behavior and hopefully they will be able to get him to back off.
