writes:ok.. this is a little embarrassing, but it's to do with when i have sex. Sex in every position is really good and fine.. what i am asking about is when i have sex doggy style.. i enjoy this style the most and so its my favorite to do. the thing is, when weve finished doggy .. i always always always make really embarrassing noises afterwards. byt his i mean.. it basically sounds like im farting, only im not.. its coming from my vagina. and it always happens and im really embarrassed about it. why is this happening and how do i stop it happeningplease help

reader, anonymous, writes (8 January 2009): well, i do it too but in a different position so know what your talking about, and it is emberassing. unfortunatly there's not really much you can do about it, the only thing i can think of is when you'r having sex cramp your stomach in like your trying to push something out of you. hopefully i've helped a little.

 Haha oh yeah this has happened with me and my girlfriend. It's not really anything to worry about in my opinion. My girlfriend and I always get a laugh out of it if nothing else but it's never bothered me when it happens. I wouldn't worry about it to much, it's not that big a deal.

I don't think there's a sexually-experienced woman around who hasn't had this happen! I always laugh when it does happen, and I know it will probably happen after "doggy-style" in particular. Actually, we both laugh, b/c it does sound funny, like a fart! To my knowledge, there is nothing that can be done to prevent it (other than trying other positions), so hopefully you can come to expect it, and both have a laugh and just go with the flow. I think with especially deep hard thrusting, it can happen with other positions as well, but doggy-style seems to be the biggest culprit! I even seem to remember it happening once after missionary position.

 This happens to me in this position. And let me tell you, it is sooo embarrassing! This happens because air gets in your vagina. My boyfriend laughs when this happens and he couldn't care less, but me on the other hand...want to DIE! You can help the situation by asking your man to not pull his penis all the way out while thrusting. What I've noticed is when he does this, its like a suction and air goes right in. This helps, but sometimes it still happens in that particular position.
