Eating disorders are very dangerous. What you are describing is Bulimia. There are serious health complications. Not only are you depriving your body of the fibre/nutrients you need to live...hense the constipation, but they are countless medical side effects.
Some are;
malnutrition; dehydration; electrolyte imbalance; esophagus and gastroesophageal tearing; gastric rupture; gastrointestinal bleeding; Esophageal Reflux; Cancer - of the throat and voice box (Larynx) due to acid reflux disorders; chronic fatigue syndrome; Dry Skin and Hair, Brittle Hair and Nails, Hair Loss; Low Blood Pressure, Hypotension; Low Blood Pressure, Hypotension; thrombocytopenia; Diabetes; Ketoacidosis; Kidney Infection and Failure; Osteoporosis; Arthritis; Dental Problems, Decalcification of teeth, erosion of tooth enamel, severe decay, Gum Disease; Liver Failure; Bad Circulation, Slowed or Irregular Heartbeat, Arrhythmias, Angina, Heart Attack; Peptic Ulcers; Pancreatitis; Seizures.......
And finally death!
Look, please go to your local doctor about this, eating disorders can kill, you are damaging your body maybe even permanently. The thing is, most people slide into an eating disorder because they want to be more attractive. Most of the side effects of eating disorders are anything but attractive.

It sounds like you have an eating disorder. It's not solved by simply eating better and excersising unfortunatly. The main problem is how you feel about yourself and the way you look, and this needs to be solved before you can solve the physical symptomsI seriously suggest you see a doctor, they will be able to give you honest and confidential advice about how to solve the problem, and may be able to direct you to a counsellor regarding the issues behind the problem too, which are more important. Good luck

thats the simple thing. i was dong some biology lessons on it today in fact, and this is where you do not want to gain weight because of your PARANOIA!
obviously, i cant tell you if you are fat because i cant see you, but go to a close friend and ask him/her what they think.
i reccomend exercise, not eating horribly like this. eat something that you like to eat, have a helathy diet and exercise. exercise is great as it destresses you also.
good luck,
mark
