In the middle I of the session I could keep her stubble rub against my penis it kind of hurt but I didnt think anything of it at the time. The session lasted at least 2 to 3 hours if not longer. The next day i noticed a red patch at both side under the head it looked like the skin was ripped away and hurt like crazy. The mark was pretty much gone the next day. But still sore. The next couple days not hurting as much. But we started fooling around didnt have sex. But she was rubbing her hand over my pants. And its been sore after that. Not as sore as it was but still hurts at time. Does anyone know what this might be? Could it be a friction burn?

Its a very sensitive part of your body so nerve endings may jangle for awhile. As long as the area is calming down, no swelling, weeping and the redness is disappearing...just keep the area clean and dry. And maybe give sex a miss until it feels comfortable and normal down there again. Also have a word with your girlfriend and explain what happened. Otherwise she wont know to keep on top of the personal grooming.

 Yeah that sounds like the skin there was rubbed raw. Its happened to me before too. The best thing you can do is take it easy for a couple of days and you could try a gentle moisturizer on the area to get rid of the burning.

it definetaly sounds like friction burn to me i would suggest to her to keep it smooth or let it grow and explain to her what happened so it doesnt happen again cuz that does sound really painful
