A male United States age 41-50, *saacdeese writes:

I am a very picky man. I dated a lot of woman and I for some reason I fell for a married woman with a child. We fell for each other, she is in a very unhappy marriage. She immediately kicked him out of her house as soon as we started our relationship. We connected in a way that I have never experienced, sexually, spiritually, intellectually. We have a ton in common and I love her daughter. After about 5 months of being with her, the guilt started creeping up. Her husband was trying everything to get her back. Even though he knows all about me and what we have done. I personally would have left my wife a long time ago if she would have done what she did to him. She told me she had to give it a chance for her guilt, and for her daughter. I told her she had to make a decision. I also said I would be patient but I have to move on with my life. I asked her not to contact me until she has made a final conclusion. The way I see it she has 5 strikes against her, 1.She is not in love with her husband and has been out of love with him for 3 years. 2. Doing it for the kids 3. She is not sexually attracted to him. 4. Adultery 5. Communication is horrible. 6. She is in love with me

Yes I was doing the boning your right, I am taking my little glasses off. Like I said I'm leaving it alone, maybe someday she will be single, I am moving on and if we are meant to be we will be. God only knows and I have asked for forgiveness for what I did. It doesnt stop me from missing her. I hope with time my love will die down as of now, I just hurt thats all but I deserve the pain.

Isaac i have read all your posts about your affair with this married woman. you have tormented yourself and you have blamed ONLY her husband BUT maybe, just maybe, you need to remove those rose tinted glasses and see your affair for what it really was.Remember you were boning another mans wife and that was wrong. if you believe you deserve some happiness firstly do not sh!t on another mans territory. then wake up, dust yourself off and try again WITH A SINGLE WOMAN NOT ANOTHER MARRIED ONE!

Thank you for your replys I have left the situation alone. I don't speak to her and its been really hard, but it is on her. I guess I am selfish and what we did was pretty selfish. He has neglected her for the past 5 years, put them in debt and is verbally abusive. Now he is making a change because there is another guy? When has that ever worked? Again it's up to them I am staying away and if she wants to be with me she will find a way. I just have to move on, its super hard and it hurts like hell but only God knows whats going to happen with this whole situation.

How nice, seeing as you're very picky maybe you should think of the daughter, it's not all about you, marriage is marriage, she cheated and you helped, she may not have loved him as much as he did but that's his wife and child..HIS FAMILY. If they want to give it another go that's their prerogative, nothing to do with you, go be picky somewhere else.

Contrary to popular opinion, cheating people very rarely end up together, as such, because they never really get to know each other. You know her as a woman who is married, and you haven't really lived with her or got to know her as such. It's the same when a mistress has an affair with a married man. She thinks she's everything, forgetting that she's just a mistress. Basically, you're number 2, and you always will be. Most relationships that come together because of an affair fizzle out.
