NO it does not go on any record that your mom can get! I KNOW...I was once in your situation!

All GP's keep things convidential by law. Its the Privacy Act 1988

In the UK, GPs are required to record everything they have prescribed to you. However, your medical records are confidential. If you go to a family planning clinic or NHS drop in clinic then they generally ask for your GP details and will send your doctor a note stating that you attended and what for. However, you can request that they don't send any communication to your GP. Personally I think it is always a good thing to have on your record. You can get the pill from chemists like Boots. I would suggest you go to your GP though as s/he will know your medical history and you can discuss your contraceptive needs now that you are sexually active.

Family planning clinic visits don’t go on your record. The phone book has details of which clinics are open on each day, and no doubt the internet does now as well. But you need to get this pill very quickly. It’s called 72-hour, but it is most effective in the first 24 hours. As time passes there is more chance that you could still be pregnant. So if you can’t get to a clinic today, go to see your doctor. I’m not sure, but I don’t think your parents normally get access to your records. You can ask your doctor if your visit will be in total confidence before you tell him or her what the problem is. But really, you shouldn’t be risking an unwanted pregnancy because of fear of your mum finding out. If you are pregnant she will certainly know about it won’t she?

I duno what its like in your country but in Australia you dont need to go to your doctor to get the morning after pill.
You can go straight to your chemist/pharmacy and they will ask you a few questions like when was your last period and did you use any contraception etc and if you are on any other medications. And they will also obviously ask how many hours has it been since you had unprotected sex. Then they will give it to you...well they should. But sine you are only between the age of 13-15 i duno if they will. In australia if you are under 16 the pharamist wont always give it to you i think...but try it anywya. hope this isnt too late. after this is over, think about a better way of protecting yourself from pregnancy and STD's in the futrue :) good luck

it will have to so doctors will know you medical history, so future meds will not conflict.
But your mum can never see your medical files as you have doctor/patient confidentialty.
Only you and your doctor will see it

It's not worth worry about your medical record, my dear, a possible pregnancy hangs in the balance here. Get yourself to nearest clinic or to your doctor. I'm sure once you experience the side effects of the pill you won't be having any more unprotected sex again. It was incredibly irresponsible of you. Don't do it again.

It will go on your record, as everything we from the doctors does but don't worry because of patient confidentiality your doctor would never be aloud to tell your mum, so there is no way of her finding out.
Take care.xx.
