You have not mentioned whether your testes are of normal size or small. Drops oozing from your penis may be precum and also please mention the quality of your semen after you ejaculate. Everything sounds pretty normal to me. For me anyway penis size has never been an issue. My ex was quite large and rubbish in bed, my bf now is an avergae size and fantastic in bed.
As a women I have only my experiences of my partners (not many). But everything you say about masturbation sound normal too. I am sure you are still slightly aroused after masturabting and it may take sometime for your penis to return to a flacid state, also for all your semen fliud to 'get out of your penis'.
