YES it is bad,
Very bad.
It is also bad for your mind to think along your lines too. Aiming to mutilate your body this way in order to make yourself look like some of those stick insect type so called models is the worse thing you could ever do to yourself.
At 8.5 stone and at 15 you would not bew considered overweight unless you were less than four feet in height.
Don't try to be a second rate Moss or a third rate campbell, simply rise above their game and be a first rate you where you could no doubt out class that media iconic trash without trying.

Darlin' you know this is bad for you. Im a recovered anorexic and i didnt eat even one apple a day, i dropped down to below 6 stone almost below 5. I almost died. In fact i came so close i could taste it.
Try exercising for at least an hour a day. Eat breakfast!! This is very important as it will help you sustain energy to keep your exercise. Eat a sandwich for lunch preferably ham or chicken or a meat based sandwich. Then have a meal at dinner time, Meat and 2 veg. Try drinking lots of water and eat 5 fruit or vegetables a day. This will be easier for you too loose weight.
Doing what you are doing will not cause you to loose any weight at all. Your body will store the fat you have already (not bad) and everything from the apple your eating. This causes you to sustain the weight you are at and not loose anything.
If you need more help on how to loose weight sensibly. Please orivate message me.
Dont carry this on. It can end with critical consequences.

Some time do some research. Look at advertising photos from the 1970's and then look at them now. Do you know why the girls in the older photos don't look like the ones now? They didn't have computers back then. I watched a show that talked about how they make these photos look so good, and they talked to the models. All of them said, they don't have bodies like that, but a computer can erase stretch marks, lift areas that need to be, erase excess fat in different areas. They don't use photos that have not been touched up.
You're starving yourself by eating one apple a day. Not healthy, your metabolism will disappear, you'll be more prone to illness, and disease.
Seek help from a nutritionist. You can keep a good figure and body by eating right and exercising.
For example, I read something about great bodies. People look at the barbi doll as having a good figure. Realistically if a female had her body, she'd have to crawl on all 4's. She would not be able to hold herself up.
Take care of yourself.
