My question is whether there is any reciprical feeling in women. Do women like to see any part of the anatomy of a man, or is it all just hairy and gross? Is there a way for a man to dress provocatively, like women do, or do women mostly find men sexually attractive when they are completely covered up (like in a tux or suit). For example, most men would enjoy seeing an attractive woman in a skimpy or slightly sheer bikini. However, do any women like seeing us in a sleek or a slightly see thru bathing suit - is should I just stick to my baggy surf trunks? Reply to this Question Share |

Of course. Every woman wants her man almost naked, even when he's hot.

Ladies like to admire a firm butt in tight jeans. They find a dress shirt opened to show some chest, very sexy. Colin Firth/Mr Darcy... sent temperatures through the roof by exiting a lake in a wet shirt and showing some chest. Budgie smugglers (Speedos) are never a good look on men in my opinion. If they were see through, i would be gathering the children and moving to the other end of the beach quick smart!

i guess it really depends. To me, a guy with tux or shirt & tie like Yv said is attractive because it screams professional. But even if he's just wearing a shirt without tie or a simple polo shirt, but leaves a few upper bottons open, showing a bit chest hair, is also sexy to me. Guys don't have to go all the way naked or wearing something transparent to be sexy in my opinion. I find my boyfriend shirt off & wearing his boxer brief very sexy, like yum yum, even though he doesn't have nice abs & is somewhat chubby. Gladly, he's very tall so it makes him looks very masculine & protective. Anyway, I don't find briefs & boxer shorts as appealing as boxer briefs to me. jockstraps or male thongs are just way too much

Gawd i love a guy in a tux or suit and tie. It is just so sexy! It sends the i-am-proffesional-and-very-masculine message loud and clear.
Howeverr....It does definately differ from one male to another just like a girl with a nice figure can really pull off a bikini for example. If you are confident enough to show off your best assets e.g. toned arms, nice 'bundle', abs, muscly legs, .. then it's really worth showing it off with tight shirts/ shorts and the likes.

As for beachwear.... no can't say I'm a fan of speedos. To me it's all about the physique rather than the hmmm 'package'. I guy is sexy if he has a broad chest, muscular arms, abs and toned legs. My personal favourite is that sexy muscle on the side of a guys hips going up to his abs... yummy!

I think you should just stick to your trunks. I think a man showing his chest and upper body is as far as he needs to go, but that's just my opinion. Showing more than that or trying to emphasize your privates would make me think you're immature or you're just after sex. But that's just my opinion. You should dress casually but nice if you really want to attract someone worth meeting. Women don't need to see you nearly naked to find you attractive. I think we care about the personality more. But other women may differ.

The only part a woman can show up in her cleavage, and dress in body hugging clothing to accentuate her rear end. It's not like we go around showing off our genitalia. A camel toe isn't sexy, it's quite gross and a fashion faux pas.
Trying to display your parts in a sheer bathing suit is indecent exposure. Why even bother with a bathing suit at all??
In my opinion, a man who is dressed well (covered up) is sexy. Or he can be sexy with his shirt off and jeans, that is if he has the physical physique to do so.
A man doesn't have to try to commit a crime by nonchalantly exposing his parts.

Men and women are wired differently as far as 'looking' goes.
Male fantasy: Your doorbell rings late one night when you're home alone, you answer, and an attractive naked young woman your age but a total stranger to you is standing there smiling on your Welcome mat.
Female nightmare: Her doorbell rings when she's home alone, she answers to find an attractive naked guy of her preferred age who is a total stranger to her, standing there smiling on her Welcome mat.
In real life, (not fantasy) the reactions in the two scenarios would differ considerably.
Take this into account when asking the question, and I'll leave the actual answer up to the female members here.

I find that incredibly sexy. My husband isn't a "ripped" guy. He's an average guy, a little chubby with small love handles and a small belly, but nothing bad. His arms are a little muscular, not flabby or built. So I find this very sexy. He has hair but his chest is very attractive to me. I love it.As for speedos or "see through" uhm... no. I like boxers. I think that's the best. Baggy surf trunks are much better than a banana hammock any day. It's not that the area of man is unattractive. It's just that women are curvy, even the not so curvey ones. So those thight skimpy things show off curves. Men are not curvey, they are angular. So tight things are not as flattering. T-shirt and jeans are best for me, but seeing my husband in a suit would be great. We never go anywhere fancy, but if we did I know he would look good.
