 Maybe I'm just into strange stuff compared to other girls (I have quite a male attitude towards sex) but I personally find it hot, it gives you something to bite, suck, lick or whatever. If it's not his fingers, I use my own.
My boyfriend does it to me a lot because we both find it a turn on and not just during foreplay but actual sex as well.
I think a lot of what people find a turn on is personal preference and you can't judge from other people you just have to find out for yourself. :)

It's an occupation. You pay a porn actor/actress the right price and they will pretend to like anything, even if they actually hate it. Take gay/lesbian porn for example. Do you honestly believe that ALL the actors and actresses in it are actually homosexuals or even bisexual? If you do, then you're just kidding yourself. I think you need to stop going by what you see in porn when it comes to what a woman likes, because it's all lies.

 And this is just one of the many reasons I think porn is a bad thing, it distorts what people believe is normal sexual behavior and leads to a fairly male-centric view of sex (given that the vast vast vast majority of porn caters to men).
There is pretty much nothing about having fingers put in your mouth that could feel good on the receiving end, even less so the way they do it in porn (which is not a loving way but rather a "we need to penetrate her mouth in some way, let's try fingers"). There are a lot of nerve endings in fingertips so I've certainly kissed a man's fingers or blown on them or something while giving backrubs and such but I don't think many people enjoy having fingers shoved in their mouths. It's gross feeling and the way they do it in porn is simply to give the visual of more of the woman's holes being penetrated.
