I'm going to have to chime in with a yes. Oral sex is really low on the kink scale, and a woman who won't go there is way too conservative for me. A couple has to mix things up every now and then to keep their sex life interesting and fulfilling.

 It depends on the man. I personally would not find her boring if she did not enjoy a certain thing, perhaps she would enjoy others. It would only be after I know the full extent of her interests, I would make judgements, even then I would tend to enjoy whatever she likes as well. So it depends on the person.

 I wouldn't necessarly say boring but it would make me question how open she would be in other sexual areas. I think that just not doing one thing doesn't make you boring but you become boring when everything has to be one way and you close yourself off to new sexual experiences. No oral would lead to other assumptions so technically if I was told that about a girl I would be thinking that she is boring.

I don't think it automatically makes a woman boring. Some guys actually feel uncomfortable when a woman they love does this.
The main thing is to have respect for your partner.
