I'd guessed he liked me but I hadnt been fully sure.My question is, do I tell my boyfriend about this? It seems like an odd thing to bring up, but if a girl had asked him out I'd want to know.Your thoughts?

It's up to you.
I am in an LDR also, and I do tell my partner when something like this happens. My mother is trying to marry me off to someone else who I have never met before, saying it's better as he lives within the vicinity (of course I'm not going along with it). I told my partner because I want him to know and I keep him informed of what happens in my life.
If you feel that its not a big issue and you'll forget about it then I guess there would be no need.

If you think it would be in his best interests, but personally, I do not see why it would matter, unless you felt something, even something small for the person who asked you out? If not, it shouldn't matter. But if you'd want him to tell you, I suppose telling him would be one way to communicate that so that in the future he might tell you if the same happened to him.
I hope that helps.
