I wouldn't say this is love, I would say it is a crush.

 She probably gets the same crap all the time from guys trying to chat her up. Just like if she was any ordinary girl, shes got a boyfriend so you have to stay away. Its just a crush, like mine for Robert Downey JR or Daniel Craig, im never gonna get with them i just admire their beauty! Get over it and get with someone realistic.

 Hey, what your going through is perfectly normal. You've seen a gal your attracted to and she has the attributes you'd like to see in a future partner. I wouldnt say this is Love, more like an infatuation, for you to Love someone you have to know more on their inner character!Trust me you never grow out of this "infatuation" thing... for example im 28 now and i still get butterflies when i see a certain footballer on tv (groan!) Well i suppose you can drop her a line on facebook saying u think she's beautiful, (compliments) and im sure she'd like that!Take it from there!

reader, anonymous, writes (22 June 2009): Hm... well I don't know if you know her personally or not.. but I'm guessing you don't?My opinion (not necessarily right) is that you can't really love someone unless you've gotten to know them as a person. maybe you can crush on someone, have an infatuation with them, but how can you love a person you don't know? If she has a boyfriend It's probably not a good idea to say something right now, but if you want to get to know her as just a friend, you should just be friendly, ask about her career and what sort of things she's into, see what similar interests you have?Again, it's just my opinion, but stll - good luck x

Off the telly so im guessing shes famous? This is common, people in the public eye are highlighted so much that its hard not to love them! I dont think what your experiencing is love just yet, your bordering more on a crush than love, its a huge thing and just for the record you know when its love ask anyone whos been there you just get that feeling. You need to know the person in order to love them though! Looks are great yeah but you need the balance of personality! Its hard but if shes got a guy then id back off, it always gets messy and you end up hurt most so avoid this and try to move on, its ok to fancy her but im doubting its the full love ticket. Best of luck
