It depends on the girls PC Muscle and whether or not the guy can tell the difference. If the guy knows the anatomy of the girl then he knows once she's hit orgasm both by feeling and sight.

Depends on the two people involved, and it also depends on the strength of the orgasm. The more intense the orgasm is, the more tense a woman will be. I've certainly felt it with my girlfriend, but it certainly depends on how intense her orgasm is.

I've only been with four girls, and only two of them really count. Of those, one was delightfully vocal, but the only time I ever knew for sure that she orgasmed through intercourse was the time she smiled and sighed "both at the same time".
As for the other, the one I've been with the last 25 years, I've never known if she's had one at all. Although I certainly hope so, and goodness knows I've tried.

 It varies from girl to girl and guy to guy and it depends on whether or not he's wearing a condom. If he's not he's more likely to feel it. Also, some girls orgasm through very strong vaginal contractions while others barely contract at all. I know some guys can feel it strong enough that it causes them to orgasm. Likewise there are girls who can feel their guy orgasm strong enough it either turns them on a LOT/makes them "tingle" down there or sets off their orgasm. It really just depends on the person. The best way for a guy to know though is to just tell him.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 March 2010): Since I've never done it without a condom, I can only tell by the fact that she'll tense up and scream, and it will feel "slippery" down there. However, I can't feel any contractions.
But, I have fingered my girlfriend before, and I can feel when she has contractions, so I'd assume I could probably feel them without a condom.

 Yes we can feel the contractions whether they be from an orgasm or just when you tense up on purpose during sex. At some point in your life I recommend trying that during sex and judging the guys reactions. He may be really surprised.
