There's no way that sucking can affect their size. They swell up during pregnancy, and yes as a result of weight gain.

You're still developing physically at your current age, so this has nothing to do with a specific sexual activity with your boyfriend.
It could also be that your bras have been through the wash too many times and you need some new ones.

 Breasts do swell up when you are sexually excited, so yes, your boyfriends claim is true.
Sadly, they also deflate again afterwards.
So if you hope to gain a cupsize, then nope, won't happen. There as such thing as breasts vacuum pumps, but that is just like those x-ray specs they sold in the back of comic books. A scam.
