writes: Me and my partner have been together 9 weeks and I have major medical problems since I was born, and a few years back I was told that because of my operations there would be a very low chance of me having children as I can't ever ejaculate. During my partners past pregnancies she was extremely ill with blackouts very bad morning sickness and got advised not to have anymore children. I agree with Aiden, low chance does not mean no chance. Even pre cum can contain sperm and a woman can still become pregnant through penetration even when ejaculation does not occur.

Being unable to ejaculate would certainly significantly reduce your fertility, but it wouldn’t be impossible for you to get some-one pregnant. Indeed you were advised you had a low chance, not no chance. It would seem that the unexpected has occurred. If you are her only sexual partner there can be no other explanation, you’re going to be a father. What you now need to do is think about the next steps and making sure that her health risks are properly managed. Time to visit a doctor.
