reader, anonymous, writes (24 September 2008): Very much sounds like it, a better way to start than just coming on all at once, u can get used to the idea and the flow that will change through your cycle. Just a tip! as you don't sound like you have a medium/heavy flow yet, avoid tampons right now as it might be slightly uncomfortable until you have started fully, after that they are really worth a try!

 Sounds like it, sweet! Keep your eye out, but I'm thinking that you've started. Congratulations! Go out and buy yourself something girly and special (and some pads or tampons!) to mark the occasion. Hooray!
