Get tested for it specifically. But, all your tests are coming back normal so far, so perhaps the illness are related to your smoking. Or, perhaps they're psychological. Sometimes if you worry about illness, your mind plays tricks on you.
Go to the doctor and tell them specifically the problems you're having. But if your tests are coming back and they're normal, then maybe you need to be thinking about whether the illnesses are just your mind playing tricks.

The anxiety is gonna kill you.Why dont you go get tested? You might be negative after all.And even if you're positive, they'll give you counselling on how to live positively. You might be indulging in unhealthy habits right now,but when you get your results, whether positive or negative, you will take care of yourself properly.Staying in suspense for too long is not good for you,go get tested.

When you had these blood tests, did they check for HIV?
If you are concerned, then you need to go see your doctor and get tested. They can actually test for this with a mouth swab now so you don't even need to have blood work done.
To me, you sound like someone who spends a little too much time on WebMD or something like that. We can't tell you what you want to know. Go see your doctor.
