 Probably calcium oxalate caused by too much calcium in the blood in other words kidney stones.
It could also be a tract infection which can be fixed with anti-biotics.

It might not be anything serious -- when you're young, the consistency of semen is a bit more variable. As a teen I used to find lumps in it as well, usually when I hadn't cum for a few days. Take note of how often it happens, and if it's more likely to happen the longer it's been since you've had a wank.
If you're worried talk to your father or another adult you can trust. Yes it's embarrassing, but they should either be able to put your mind at ease or help you to see the doctor.
