Uh no. That will end in disaster!!!!!
You need calories for energy, just not empty ones.
HEALTHY WEIGHT PHILOSOPHY: "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a beggar", that and plenty of exercise and healthy foods. A) your body does not star burning fat until you put food in it so breakfast is essential(ironic isn't it?) B) Lunch, it's what keeps you going through the day so it' still very important, it needs to be a healthy lunch though in nutrition and proportion. C) Consuming too many calories late at night is bad, very bad. This is why some people have their midday meal as their main meal. I highly recommend that. Dinner is really just to tie you over through the night. D) Exercise! Exercise! Exercise! Physical activity is a great way to drop a few pounds in no time, combine that with healthy and well proportioned foods and you're all set!
Good Luck ;)

With that low of an intake of food you will do serious damage to your body and be really unhealthy. You need to eat balanced food from the food groups to kkep your metabolism working. Then you see results. Crash dieting will cause you to rebound and gain alot of weight the second you stop doing it. The treadmill is a good idea but don't just do running. Get some light weights and do a variety of high rep excersises along with ab work. You can look all sorts of exercises up online.
If you eat good food, so cut out the junk like fast food and pop and eat enough along with the excersise you'll lose the weight you want to the right way. Plus not only will you be thinner but you will also have a nice toned body with definition.

Do the time on the treadmill, certainly. But you need to give your body adequate nutrition, rather than focussing on the number of calories. Eat the right stuff, skip empty calories. There are countless websites that will tell you what foods you need to eat to stay healthy.

Bad idea. Your body hasn't finished growing. Fasting one day out of 2 weeks is okay but do not practice this as a lifestyle. If you are an active teenager you need at least 1800 calories a day. It's not about how much you eat but what you eat. 500 cals a day would send your body in starvation, preservation mode. Burning fat itself needs a lot of energy. When you starve yourself your body does not have what it takes to get rid of excess fat. Think about hair falling, organ damage, heart burn, not being able to stand still, not being able to sleep, hurting when sitting down, scars that never heal, periods stopping, all that because you don't look like the girl on the magazine.
