It depends... if the sperm was left to dry before you or after washed it, 0% chance. If it was washed with water far above or below body temperature, and put on while wet, I'd give it a low chance.
Since I doubt the girl would put on wet underwear, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

 Long way to go from surface contact inward. Sperm don't live long enough. If they were properly washed, then no worry.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 February 2009): There is always a chance. However in this case, probably unlikely and it would depend on so many things like which side of the underwear and if they were dry when put back on.
in my view very very unlikely -but always a chance and it might not be the underwear - e.g. on the skin and then brushed inside accidentally.
