Have you tried adding vibrators to your sex life? I'm not kidding, they will do wonders!! Try the rabbit vibrator, or maybe one of the bullet ones... they will make sex better for you AND your boyfriend (the vibrations will feel great for him too).
Tons of girls can't orgasm through regular, penetrative sex. As DV1 points out, most can only orgasm through oral or manual sex.
Another thing to try is to have him go down on you and bring to you the edge of an orgasm. Just to the edge!! Don't have one yet! After you are brought to the edge orally, THEN start having sex and you'll find it's a lot easier to orgasm.
