Here are some signs:
1. Staying out late with no explanation (self explanitory)
2. Trying new positions with you (he's trying and learning new things)
3. Suddenly extremly good hygene (he's cleaning up for someone)
4. Comming home with another woman's scent (perfume or smell of sex)
I agree with the others. If you are not sure, you need to get tested for STDs and use protection when you are with him.
Good Luck!

wow to be honest this question is wicked hard to answer because theres like a million and one answers.
to be honest you can't really tell if a guy has had sex or not. depends on the guy. me and all other guys can smell down there very easily. sweating is one of the major causes of stink. it really depends on how much this guy focuses on hygene. depending on what he does during the day factors a lot. if he sweats, is around smoke, covered in dirt, etc...
also he would be reacting to something ro have an STD.
so we need more info to really help. good luck

He could be allergic to the laundry soap or the fabric his underwear is made off, he could has a STD or sweats a lot.
Strong odor can be from cigarette/cigar smoking, too much coffee, red meat and so forth. Bodily fluids change "flavor/scent" according to what you consume.
Can be an infection. Either way, don't have unprotected sex with him... Sounds a little .. Icky.

Could be. But it could also be an infection. You need to do more checking around before you can be sure.
